Terms & Conditions

1. Bank account must be trading and based in United Kingdom.
2. Minimum £100 day, after 101 stops completed you will be paid from £1.05 for per successful delivery or collection depends on the mileage (These prices not include VAT).
3. Agreed with self billing.
4. 4 weeks billing payment system(if you decide to leave or resign within the 1st 4 weeks all training cost will not be paid this will be calculated by worked days, minimum 20 days need to work) Training days not count for 4 weeks billing.
5. Clear 4 Weeks notice period required when leaving and required to work within the period (20 days minimum). If not payments will be stop or not paid.
6. Work is not guaranteed, we aim to provide work minimum 3 and maximum 6 days per week including 1 day of weekend as Rota basis.
7. If you under paid, over paid or any others errors please contact us via e mail (info@shinetechsolutions.co.uk) within 7 days.
8. All parcel claims will be cross charge to driver after investigation by dpd.
9. You need to follow the correct delivery or collection process all the time while on the job. Failure to this or any damages incur to franchise holder will be cross charged from you accordingly.
10. You must park the van at designated area and leave the keys in the depot all the time. You are not allowed to take van or keys with you.
11. We will provide van include fuel and insurance from our cost. All damages have been recorded in our systems prior to given to you if any. If you involved any damages or accident during the work you must inform us immediately (Charges apply new damages or accident repairs with fault or Non fault) we do not pay any loss of earning or any injuries caused. And all vehicle repair charges cross charge to you in the event of any accident damage. This include to 3rd party damages as well. You should check the van every day before start the day and end. And keep records.
12. It's your duty keep clean inside the van. Van must get wash every week with fleet wash (No charges for wash).
13. We are not liable for parking fines or speeding tickets and etc this will be deduct from your pay.
14. You must book your holiday's minimum 4 weeks in advance.
15. We will provide the uniforms, devices from our cost you must wear the correct uniform while working. And return all uniforms and working devices when leaving. Failure to return incurs additional charges.
16. Devices are fully working order you must take care of the device while you work. Any damages such as accident damages, water damages and etc cross charged from you.
17. Company has right to held any payments, cover the costs event of breach. And will be take legal actions against for not following the correct process.
18. We will be taking a security deposit of £750 from the payment. This can pay either full or 3x payments. It will be refunded 30 days from your last day of work. In case of breach this deposit will be uses to cover any damages to van, parking fines, speeding fines & etc.
